No added water just 100% Pure ISO propyl alcohol for a hand sanitizer mix of 30% distilled water and 70% IPA makes a good hand sanitizer. And add 1% glycerine or aloe vera gel and 100% Pure isopropyl alcohol.

Isopropyl Alcohol or isopropanol is mixed with water for use as an effective disinfectant. It is recommended to mix IPA and water in a 70:30 ratio.
